fingerling pototoes & carrots pan fried & roasted in rosemary
bourgogue hautes cotes de nuits 2007, pinot noir; lighter, smooth, easy w/ this heavy winter dish
beef bourguignon in a dutch oven w/ pearl onions and mushrooms & burgundy, sherry, port, brandy
a hearty, warm, home-y, buttery, rich, winter dish
garnished w/ parsley
finished with a pear, grape tomato, cranberry and nut salad for a refreshing end
