fried blue prawn, romesco, fresh chickpeas, espelette

halibut, sweet onion, grilled porcinis

pork loin, potato puree, english peas, black truffles

vanilla panna cotta, rhubarb compote

paired w/ scott paul, williamette valley, or pinot noir
