@ the [new] lunchbox laboratory

certainly not the same feel as the original shack in ballard; now as a sit down diner-feel; dig the clever burgers and ability to build your own [tho i'm sure not the same as reading off a chalk scrawled board]; hand-dipped shakes are very scrumptious; shoestring fries perfectly crispy; service super friendly & chill; they say you’ll need to bring your lunchbox because they predict leftovers..but..i finished mine.

hand-dipped oreo shake split for 2, yum!

essence of a tear-jerker: naked kobe beef & chuck burger + jalepenos + habanero mayo w/shoestring fries

&

homage to dick’s deluxe: “jenga’ed layers of american cheese + honey cured bacon w/ lunchbox onion mortar holding the beast together + top secret burger sauce”

special thanks to my ever faithful burger-eating buddy! xx
